An online world built mechanics-first.

Project Warden is an in-development online RPG about exploration, creature capture, skilling, crafting, and tick-based in-world combat — set in a persistent low-poly land called Valdermoor.

It blends the readable, point-and-click feel of classic MMORPGs with creature collection and team growth. You don't watch a story happen to you — you walk into a living world, befriend what lives there, and grow stronger through everything you touch.

Track strange Paquirri across the wilds, weaken them in honest combat, and capture them with crafted Paq Caskets. Build a team, bond with it, and Awaken each companion into a stronger expression of itself.

One continuous low-poly land that lives whether you're online or not — and almost everything in it can be touched, used, or taken. Wander grassy paths, ancient ruins, and scorched frontier, crossing borders by walking, never by loading screens.

Project Warden is a sandbox first. No rails, no single quest you're shoved down — just one continuous world where nearly everything can be examined, used, gathered, or carried off.

Chop a tree, mine a vein, crack open a chest, brew at a bench, tame whatever wanders past — or ignore all of it and walk until you find your own reason to stop. The world doesn't hand you a path. You cut one.

Creature Growth · Awakening

Nothing you tame stays the same.

Every Paquirri can Awaken — revealing more of its nature as it grows. It isn't menu-deep evolution; it's earned out in the world, through bond, battle, the skills you train together, and rites hidden across Valdermoor. Most species awaken through three stages, each its own creature.

Project Warden is being built as a mechanics-first prototype. The first playable goal is a compact world where testers can explore, capture creatures, gather resources, craft items, and progress through the core loop.

It is not released and not for sale. We'd rather show you something honest and unfinished than a trailer for a game that doesn't exist yet. What's below is exactly where things stand.
